Healthy Garden Quiche
Healthy Garden Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. frozen, cut broccoli, thawed and drained, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp. diet margarine and 8 slices borden lite-line process cheese (any flavor), cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine.
In bowl, toss Lite-line pieces with flour.
Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 6 servings.
