Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 c. pineapple (unsweetened crushed or tidbits), drained, 1/4 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened) and 1 tsp. cornstarch (enough to slightly thicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place chicken breast in baking dish.
Spoon pineapple over chicken.
Pour slightly thickened juice over chicken breast and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Baste chicken occasionally.
