Gluten Steaks
Gluten Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. unbleached white flour, 2 1/2 to 3 c. water, 4 c. vegetable water, 1/2 c. tomato juice and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour with enough water to make a stiff dough.
Form dough into a ball and knead about 10 minutes.
Place in bowl and cover with additional water.
Let stand 30 minutes or overnight.
Knead dough with hands under water to wash out the starch.
Pour off the starchy water and cover with more water.
Continue washing until water is almost clear.
You now have concentrated protein to make the steaks!
