Cucumber Salad
Cucumber Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium size (about 1 1/4 lbs.) cucumbers, 2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. water and 1/2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice cucumbers (washed and pared) thinly into a bowl. Sprinkle with salt.
Mix and set aside for 1 hour.
Squeeze cucumber slices, a few at a time (discarding liquid) and put into a bowl.
Pour vinegar mixture (vinegar, water and sugar and seasonings) over cucumbers and toss lightly.
Chill salad in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
