πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Instructions

Combine 2 cups of the flour, the undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

Stir to blend.

Add margarine and hot tap water.

Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl occasionally.

Add 1 more cup flour and beat at high speed for 1 minute or until thick and elastic.

Gradually stir in enough of remaining flour with wooden spoon to make a soft dough which leaves the sides of the bowl.

Turn out onto a floured board.

Knead 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover with a plastic wrap, then a towel (on the kneading board).

Let rest 20 minutes, then punch down; make into loaves and place in two greased bread pans.

Brush tops lightly with oil.

Let raise. Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.

May cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking, also.
