Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c water, 105~-115~, 2 pkgs active dry yeast, 1/2 c dry milk, 1/2 c butter, softened and 1/4 c honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place the water in a large bowl.
To dissolve yeast, add it and the 1 tsp sugar to the water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add dry milk, butter, honey, sugar, salt, eggs and 2 cups of flour. Blend together on low speed, then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour to make a soft dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic with bread hooks or by hand, 5-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in bulk.
Punch down.
Take half the dough and roll it into a 9x12 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with half of the cinnamon sugar filling (recipe to follow). Roll up like a jelly roll, starting with 12 inch side.
Cut into 1 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheets.
Cover with a towel.
Repeat process with the other half of the dough.
Let the rolls rise until they double in bulk in a warm place.
Bake at 375Β° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets to cooling racks.
Dribble glaze (recipe to follow) over top of the warm rolls.
