Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, halved lengthwise, dash of salt and pepper, 1/4 c. flour, 4 tbsp. margarine and 1 c. fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; coat with flour.
In a large skillet, brown chicken in 3 tablespoons butter 5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from skillet.
Add remaining butter; cook mushrooms and garlic until tender.
Return chicken to pan.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
Top with parsley.
