Chicken or Veal Marsala
Chicken Or Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts, 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 clove minced fresh garlic, 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley and 1/4 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Flour chicken lightly.
Put oil and butter in frypan.
Saute chicken.
Place in platter.
Saute mushrooms and garlic.
Remove to platter.
Add some flour to oil and butter in frypan.
It will become thick, then add chicken broth and wine.
Cook until desired thickness.
Return chicken and mushrooms to sauce until hot.
Add fresh parsley.
Serve.
