Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 4 to 8 slices swiss cheese, 4 slices cooked ham, 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk and 1 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare sauce in medium bowl.
Sprinkle dry milk over water. Beat until just blended.
In medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Blend in flour, salt and bouillon.
Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk.
Place over medium heat; stir constantly until thickened.
Add mushrooms.
Remove from heat.
On underneath side of each breast, place 1 or 2 slices cheese and 1 slice ham. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over ham.
Fold and secure together. Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of sauce over chicken and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
Heat the remaining sauce and serve.
