Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned (4 pieces), 1 or 2 eggs, beaten, flour, salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pound chicken breasts between wax paper.
Dip in beaten egg, then flour, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Saute in butter and olive oil until tender, 15 minutes.
Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
Arrange broccoli in 9 x 12 baking dish.
Pour 1/2 cup butter over broccoli, then grated Parmesan cheese.
Place chicken on top of broccoli, then ham and Mozzarella cheese.
Pour over bouillon cube, mixed with 1/2 cup of water.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
