Cheesy Cauliflower Italiano
Cheesy Cauliflower Italiano is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 fresh cauliflower, cored, cleaned and cut vertically into thin slices (about 4 c.), 3 tbsp. butter, cut in small pieces and 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
In a greased 8-inch square casserole, layer 1/2 of each of the following ingredients in order: cauliflower, onion, flour mixture, butter pieces, olive, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layering with second 1/2 of ingredients, adding parsley flakes between olive slices and Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Combine wine and milk.
Pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
