Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter or margarine, 1 to 2 tbsp. flour, 3 to 4 c. milk, 1 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter in large saucepan.
When butter is completely melted and bubbly, add flour 1 teaspoon at a time until mixture is thick, but still bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Add milk, one cup at a time, stirring constantly until mixture resembles gravy. Cut Velveeta into 2-inch cubes.
Add 5 or 6 at a time, until sauce is thick and cheesy.
Drain cooked potatoes and place in large casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Place in 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is slightly brown and sauce is bubbly.
