Cook, covered in lightly salted boiling water 25 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Drain.

Cut broccoli flowerets from stems and cut stems into thin lengthwise slices.

Cook flowerets and stems, covered, in lightly salted boiling water 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Drain and cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserve 3 tablespoons drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside.
