Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium heads cauliflower, 2 c. sour cream, 2 c. grated sharp processed american cheese, 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed and salt and white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash cauliflower; break into flowerets.
Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water until tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain well.
Place half the flowerets in a 2-quart casserole; season with salt and pepper.
Spread with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup cheese; top with 1 teaspoon sesame seed and repeat layers. Bake in 350Β° oven until cheese melts and sour cream is heated through.
