Bob's Deer Jerky
Bob'S Deer Jerky is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. deer meat, cut into 2-inch strips, 1 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. liquid smoke and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into 1/4-inch thick strips 2-inches wide.
Cut with grain of meat.
(Partially freeze meat to make cutting easier.) Combine soy sauce and liquid smoke and seasonings together in bowl. Marinate meat in sauce about 15 minutes.
Place in food dryer and dry about 15 hours (can substitute beef for the deer meat).
