Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sirloin steak, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans, 1 large onion and 1 tbsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter and saute mushrooms.
Cut onion into 1/2-inch slices and add to mushrooms.
Saute about 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove from pan.
Cut meat into 2-inches long and 1-inch wide slices.
Trim off any fat.
Roll meat into flour and brown in butter.
Add more if needed.
Add mushroom and onion to top of meat.
Mix horseradish, salt, pepper, steak sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Pour over meat.
Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours.
