Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 6 eggs, separated, 4 c. milk and 6 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar and flour in top of double boiler; stir in egg yolks and milk and blend well.
Cook, uncovered, over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Cover bottom of casserole with layers of vanilla wafers, alternating with layers of bananas.
Pour custard over; continue to layer wafers and bananas and end with custard.
Beat egg whites until stiff; spread on top of pudding.
Bake at 425Β° for 5 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
