Baked Mustard Steak
Baked Mustard Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 6 large cube steaks, 8 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 1/2 c. sliced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Mix salt and flour.
Pound 1/4 cup of this mix into the cube steaks.
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
Add cube steaks and brown well.
Place steaks in a large baking dish. Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add onions and cook until tender. Melt 2 tablespoons butter; saute mushrooms.
Spoon onions and mushrooms over browned steak.
Add remaining flour to butter and drippings remaining in the skillet.
Stir in bouillon and mustard and cook, stirring constantly until thick (make sure to get out all the lumps).
Add cream and mix well.
Pour sauce over the vegetables and meat.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours (test after 1 hour to see if it is done).
