Baked Fish(Club Member: Neil H.)
Baked Fish(Club Member: Neil H.) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fish fillets or steaks (we like catfish), salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. grated onion and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix juice, onion and butter. Dip fish into butter mixture; place in greased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
