Bagels
Bagels is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine yeast and 1/2 cup warm water in measuring cup, stirring with a fork until dissolved.
Combine 2 cups flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add dissolved yeast and remaining cup of warm water.
Beat vigorously with a fork for two minutes. Gradually add enough of remaining flour, 1/4 cup at a time, to make a soft dough.
Turn out of bowl; knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 10 minutes), adding a little flour.
Place dough back in clean, greased bowl; put in a warm place until doubled in size.
