Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. egg whites (about 12 eggs), 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 c. sifted cake flour, 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Egg whites have temperature at least one hour. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift powdered sugar and flour 3 times.
In crock egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla, almond flavor and salt with electric mixer on medium speed, until soft peak forms.
Gradually add one cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons time, beating on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Of flour at a time over the beaten whites, just lightly fold flour with hand beater.
Put in 10-inch tube pan
45 minutes. When done, invert on a bottle.
