90 Minute Yeast Bread
90 Minute Yeast Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. warm water, 4 tbsp. yeast, 4 tsp salt, 8 tbsp. sugar and 4 tbsp. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast (each packet of granule yeast is 1/2 ounce or 1 tablespoon) in 1 cup of warm water.
Mix in rest of ingredients until dough is soft, but not sticky.
Use all whole wheat flour, if desired, or all white or you can divide equally.
When dough is soft and leaves sides of bowl, cut into 4 pieces.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pound with rolling pin for 1 minute each piece of dough on lightly floured board.
Form into loaves and put into 4 greased pans.
Let stand 30 minutes or until double in size.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350Β°.
When done cool on rack before removing loaves.
