Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 tbsp. lard or beef fat, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix salt, eggs and milk in a blender until frothy.
Very slowly add flour and mix until well blended.
Heat lard (or beef fat) in a 9-inch pie or cake pan until completely melted.
Pour batter into pan while it is very hot.
Cook for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and well risen on the sides.
Serve as an accompaniment to roast beef.
Serves 6 to 8.
