Whole Wheat Rolls

Heat milk to 110° to 115°, remove from heat.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm milk in a small bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes. Combine remaining milk, honey, shortening, salt and whole wheat flour; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add yeast and eggs; mix well.
Gradually stir in enough all-purpose flour to make a stiff dough.
Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover and let rise in a warm place (85°), 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
