Veal Parmesan
Veal Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. veal round steak (1/2-inch thick), seasoned flour, 2 eggs, fork-beaten, 1 to 1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut veal into 6 serving-sized pieces, pound until thin. Dredge with seasoned flour.
Dip into egg, coat with mixture of crumbs and cheese.
Brown veal in hot oil in large heavy skillet. As pieces brown, place in shallow (13 x 9-inch) baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over veal; top with cheese.
Set in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
