Veal Marsala Scallopini
Veal Marsala Scallopini is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Flatten veal and coat with cheese.
Saute meat and garlic in butter until golden brown.
Add butter as needed.
Remove meat and garlic; set aside.
In same butter, saute mushrooms and set aside on top of veal.
To the butter, add pepper, broth and wine; stir until all brown.
Add veal and mushrooms to pan; cook 1 minute over high heat.
Serve at once.
