Veal Marsala
Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. veal, very thinly sliced, 2 to 3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. chopped oregano or 1 tbsp. dried, dash of salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dredge veal in mixture of flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a large skillet and saute veal until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and wine.
Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
