Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large baking potatoes, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pierce potatoes with fork.
Bake at 425° until tender.
Slice potatoes into halves lengthwise.
Scoop pulp into mixer bowl, reserving shells.
Add milk, margarine, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese to pulp; beat until smooth.
Stir in half the green onions and bacon.
Spoon into reserved shells; place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; increase oven temperature to 400°. Toss remaining green onions and bacon with 1/2 cup cheese in bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Yield: 8 servings.
