Turkey Tenderloin
Turkey Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey tenderloin, 3/4 to 1-inch thick, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. peanut oil, 1/4 c. sherry wine and 2 tbsp. pure lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Blend all ingredients except turkey together in shallow pan. Add turkey, turning to coat; both sides.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours, turning occasionally.
Grill tenderloins over hot coals 8 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center of meat.
Do not overcook.
