Turkey-Meatball Stew
Turkey-Meatball Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs, 1 pkg. turkey gravy mix (7/8 oz.), 1 c. water and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs and egg, mixing gently until well combined.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add as many meatballs as will fit into pan (do not crowd) and cook, turning to brown on all sides.
As they are browned, remove meatballs to paper toweling to drain.
Discard fat.
Add gravy mix, water and bay leaf and bring to a boil.
Add meatballs and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add carrots and beans and simmer, covered, 8 minutes more.
Stir in corn until heated through.
Discard bay leaf and serve over hot noodles.
