Turkey Breast Marsala
Turkey Breast Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 tbsp. butter, 8 slices cooked turkey breast (1/4-inch thick), dash of pepper, 8 thin slices prosciutto and 1 pkg. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat 4 tablespoons butter in large skillet.
Saute turkey slices in single layer, 1 minute on each side, until golden.
Add more butter as needed.
Remove turkey slices as browned and keep warm.
Return all slices to skillet overlapping; sprinkle with pepper.
Place a slice of Prosciutto and cheese on each slice of turkey.
Pour Marsala over all.
Cook, covered, 3 to 5 minutes, until heated through and cheese is all melted.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and watercress, if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
