Turkey and Ham in Cream Sauce
Turkey And Ham In Cream Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cubed, 1 c. cooked ham, cubed, 1/3 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat butter in chafing dish or skillet; blend in flour, salt, dry mustard pepper. Heat until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly.
Remove gradually stir in chicken broth and cream. Return to heat and boil rapidly 1 or 2 minutes, stirring.
Sauce to slightly beaten egg yolks.
Blend at once add to mixture in pan; cook 2 minutes on low heat.
Add turkey, ham and ripe olives.
Heat through.
On toast points, waffles or in patty shells. May also be layered with macaroni in a casserole.
End with cream sauce layer. Makes 6 servings.
