Turban Fillets
Turban Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (4 oz.) flounder fillets, salt and pepper, 8 medium chopped shrimp, 4 tbsp. backfin crabmeat and 2 scallions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Mix shrimp, crabmeat, scallions and cheese and spread on fillets.
Roll fillets into a turban and secure with wooden picks.
Place turbans on end in a well-greased baking dish.
Brush generously with melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove from oven and drain off all liquid.
Top the seafood with your favorite Hollandaise Sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
