Tropical Orange-Coconut Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oleo, softened, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oleo, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla and orange extract.
Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and coconut until well mixed, 2 to 3 minutes.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 12 minutes at 350Β° or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from pan immediately.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
