Tabouleh
Tabouleh is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bulgur wheat (preferably shiloh farms brand), 1 1/2 c. hot water, 2 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved, 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced and 1 c. chopped vidalia or red onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour boiling water over bulgur; zap in microwave for 10 minutes in a ceramic bowl.
If you don't microwave, you can cook it on your stove top, letting it simmer for 20 minutes.
After cooking, let the bulgur cool to room temperature.
Add vinegar and salt to taste.
