Tabooleh
Tabooleh is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. medium cracked wheat, 1 bunch long green onions, diced (greens, too), 1 bunch parsley, diced, 3 tomatoes, diced and 1 lb. can chick peas, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak cracked wheat in warm water for 1/2 hour.
Drain wheat; add remaining ingredients.
