Sweet And Sour Meatballs With Rice(About 10 Servings) - a delicious recipe with 10 ingredients.
Beat eggs in soup and water with fork.
Add ground beef and shape in about 40 meatballs.
Combine remaining ingredients (except rice).
Pour 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown meatball mixture in 10-inch skillet, about 1/3 at a time. Remove and drain off fat.
Add on top of sauerkraut in baking dish. Pour remaining sauerkraut mixture over meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° in oven for 20 minutes.
Uncover, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Serve over hot rice.
