Swedish Meat Balls (Or Meat Loaf) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 3/4 c. hot milk, 1 small grated onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour hot milk over crumbs, add eggs and seasonings, then mix in meat.
Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes depending on size.
Also this recipe I use for meat loaf and that is also in 350° oven and takes about an hour, draining off fat every once in a while. (I put ketchup on the top.)
