Sunshine Soufflé
Sunshine Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 eggs, 1/3 c. margarine, 6 tbsp. unsifted all-purpose flour, dash of cayenne and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Separate eggs.
Prepare white sauce by melting margarine in a saucepan.
Stir in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cayenne until smooth.
Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick and leaves the bottom of the pan.
Blend in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses. With a wire whisk, beat egg yolks and add to the cheese mixture.
