Stuffed Rolled Chicken Breasts
Stuffed Rolled Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 halved chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 1 c. mushrooms, chopped, 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter and 3 c. seasoned stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
Add bouillon, hot water and stuffing mix.
Mix well.
Set aside.
Lightly pound chicken breasts so they lay flat.
Place some stuffing on each breast and roll up around stuffing.
Place breasts, seam side down, in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Place remaining stuffing along side of breasts.
Combine sour cream and soup.
Mix well and pour over rolled breast.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly.
Bake about 35 to 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
