Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Blend bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, butter, garlic and onion.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the mushrooms with this mixture.
Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil in the bottom of the baking pan and place the mushrooms in the pan, stuffed side up.
Pour 4 more tablespoons olive oil over the mushrooms, being sure all are well covered with oil. Bake about 20 minutes at 375Β° or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
