Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 large mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. pepperoni, diced and 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and finely chop. Drain mushroom caps on paper towel. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, pepperoni, green pepper, garlic and chopped mushroom stems.
Cook until tender, not brown. Add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
Mix well. Stir in chicken broth. Spoon stuffing into caps, rounding tops.
Place caps in shallow baking dish with 1/4-inch water covering bottom of baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
