Stuffed Flounder Fillets
Stuffed Flounder Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 flounder or sole fillets, 2/3 c. finely chopped celery, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash fillets; drain well on paper towels.
Saute celery and onion in butter.
Add shrimp, crab meat, bread crumbs, parsley and egg; mix.
Spread on fish fillets.
Roll up; place in lightly greased baking dish.
Pour white wine sauce over fillets.
Top with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and additional chopped parsley. Refrigerate overnight at this point, if desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
