Stuffed Cabbage Leaves

Combine meats and sauté with onion in butter until lightly browned.
Add rice, dill, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well.
Place cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute.
Drain and pat dry.
Spoon meat mixture on center of leaves; fold over envelope fashion and secure with toothpicks.
Place in greased shallow baking dish; pour tomato sauce over, cover and bake in a slow oven (325°) for 45 minutes.
