Rinse, hull and cut strawberries in half.

In medium saucepan over medium heat, cook 2 cups strawberry halves, sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice and lemon juice, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes until sugar dissolves and strawberries begin to soften.

In food processor or blender purée mixture until almost smooth.

In same saucepan, stir remaining orange juice and cornstarch until smooth; add strawberry purée.

Cook over medium-high, stirring constantly, 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat; stir in remaining strawberries. Serve over pancakes, ice cream or cake.
