Strawberry Pork Chops
Strawberry Pork Chops is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 thick pork chops, cut with "pockets", 3 c. fresh, whole strawberries, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. hot water and 2 tbsp. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of whole berries, bread crumbs, water, melted butter, celery, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Stuff pork chop pockets with mixture and close with toothpicks. In a large skillet, heat the tablespoon of cooking oil and brown chops on both sides.
Remove chops from skillet and place in baking dish.
In a small saucepan, mash the remaining strawberries and combine with brown sugar and soy sauce; baste chops.
Reserve the rest for basting chops.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated 375Β° oven for 90 minutes. Remove chops at 30-minute intervals to taste.
