Steak Sauce
Steak Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 3 cubes beef bouillon (with 3 c. hot water or 1 can beef bouillon), 1 can mushrooms, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a skillet, brown chopped onion in a little butter.
Add beef bouillon.
Simmer.
Add garlic seasoning, salt, pepper and drained mushrooms.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Add flour (the old-fashioned way: add some hot liquid from skillet to the flour in a cup; when flour and liquid are a thin and smooth consistency, add to skillet mixture).
Add red wine.
Makes 2 to 3 cups of sauce, enough for 8 steaks.
