Spring Rolls
Spring Rolls is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. ground pork, 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped, 1/2 c. crab meat, boiled, 1 c. bean sprouts and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Put in ground pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms and jelly noodles.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, nampla, salt and pepper
