Spic-A-Dilla is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew beef or veal, 1 small onion, 1 large sprig parsley, chopped, 1/2 c. water and 1 (1 lb.) bunch endive, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown cut up meat with chopped onion and chopped parsley until meat is done.

Add about 1/2 cup water and simmer 20 minutes. Cook endive in water until done; drain well and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs, softened margarine, salt and pepper to taste until well mixed.

To the meat mixture, add endive and egg mixture and mix together until well blended.

Pour into casserole.

Bake at 350Β° until eggs are done, about 30 minutes. This is an old Italian dish and many have forgotten how to make it.
