Sour Cream Halibut
Sour Cream Halibut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white wine, 1 tsp. salt, 1 lb. halibut fillets, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix wine and salt.
Marinate halibut fillets in this mix for at least 1 hour (longer if possible; it will enhance the flavor of the halibut).
Drain fish on paper towel.
Dip both sides in crumbs; place on greased baking dish.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and onion.
Spread mix over fish and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs and paprika.
Bake at 500Β° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Serves 4.
